Starting May 13, It’s Lifey will host its first Circle of Support for widow and widowers at The Common Street Spiritual Center in Natick, MA. This will be a small group for 6-8 people who have experienced the loss of a spouse. Every Tuesday night, for 6 weeks, we will gather and explore different formats of sharing our experience strength and hope.

I had been searching for an in-person widow group for quite some time, and I’m so grateful to have found this one. Just being in the presence of others who truly understand the depth of this kind of loss is incredibly powerful. Even if you’re shy, not one for group settings, or hesitant to share, I still highly recommend it. Simply sitting with others who ‘get it.’
